We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our Full Spectrum CBD & Broad Spectrum CBD products! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund (less shipping charges).
Whenever you receive an order from us, please inspect your order for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and contact us within three to five business days to report any problems! When you contact us please provide your name, what you ordered, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect items. Items reported seven business days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
If your item arrives damaged, or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem! We want to correct this as fast as we can and get you on your way to the comfort giving benefits of CBD. Except in the case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How to Return
Box up your item(s) and enclose a note with your name, phone number, email address, and order date and note of the reason for your return. If we do not provide you with a shipping label, please ship with a trackable carrier such as the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx to the address we provide you.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, and shipping charges if applicable.
Refunds and credits are generally processed within seven business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund. Please note that it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We want to help out in any way we can, but Blue Sky Oregon CBD reserves the right to deny a refund for any returned item. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be less than ¼ used with all original bottling & labeling intact.
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items
Blue Sky Oregon CBD guarantees the quality of all the products we carry. If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item, please email us and include a photo of the damaged, wrong, or defective item(s) so that we can get on our way of making things right!
